Booth Reservation Procedures

1. Registration: Please register and email the coordinator. We will respond promptly to assist you in selecting an available booth in an ideal location. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis; early registration and payment secure priority assignment.
2. Exhibit Contract: Complete the Exhibit Contract, stamp it with an official seal, and send it via fax or email to the organizing committee. Written confirmation will be provided once the application is accepted.
3. Payment: Upon confirmation, the exhibition fee must be paid within 5 business days. The booth will not be reserved until payment is received.
